How to Place an Order
BELLS & WHISTLES
Event Staff
A smiling server or bartender adds an elevated level of service to your event. Event staff service will be charged per hour per server with a 5 hour minimum.
Equipment Rentals
A perfectly styled event sometimes requires additional equipment rentals, such as specialty linens, china, glassware, tables, and chairs priced per event. Please give us at least 48-hour advance notice meet our vendor ordering and delivery timelines. Equipment is subject to availability.
Floral Arrangements
A pop of color goes a long way — consider adding floral arrangements and centerpieces to your event. We’ll work with our local florist to design beautiful florals and just need 3-business day advance notice to meet their vendor ordering and delivery timelines.

THE FINE PRINT
Hours of Operations
Standard catering hours of operations are 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. Services outside of those hours are available and will incur additional labor charges.
Ordering Deadlines
To ensure availability of service and menu items please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance. You may place orders up until 12:00 PM for a next day delivery. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last minute order fee will be added to all orders placed after 12:00 PM the business day prior.
Minimum Order Delivery Fee
There is a minimum of 10 orders per menu item. A delivery charge of $25 will be added to all orders not reaching a minimum.
Cancellation Fee
Customers are responsible for paying 50% of the total invoice plus $100 in labor for any orders canceled within 3 business days of the event.
Payment Options
We accept credit cards or PO numbers. Please note we do not accept cost center numbers. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order.
